Refund Policy

We want you to be completely confident before purchasing. That is why every plan includes a 14-day free trial — full access, no credit card required. This policy covers situations after a purchase has been made.

Free Trial First

Before purchasing any Sochkey Software plan, you can use the software for 14 days at no cost. During this period:

  • Full access to all features of your chosen plan
  • Free setup assistance from our team
  • No payment required to start

We strongly encourage all customers to use the free trial before purchasing to ensure the software meets their requirements.

After Purchase — Refund Eligibility

✓ Eligible for refund:
  • Request made within 7 days of purchase
  • Setup assistance has NOT yet been provided
  • Software has NOT been installed or configured
  • Technical fault on our side that we are unable to resolve within 14 days
✗ Not eligible for refund:
  • Request made after 7 days of purchase
  • Setup has been completed and software is live
  • Change of mind after installation
  • Issues caused by your server environment or third-party software
  • Partial use of the licence period
  • Annual licence renewals

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase:

  • Include: Your name, order confirmation number, reason for refund

We will respond within 2 business hours and process eligible refunds within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Annual Licence Renewals

Annual licence renewals are non-refundable. You will receive a reminder 30 days before your licence expires so you can decide whether to renew.

If you choose not to renew, your software will continue to work but will not receive updates, bug fixes, or support.
