Terms of Service

1. Licence Grant

Upon payment of the applicable annual licence fee, Sochkey Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to install and use the software on the number of servers/PCs specified in your plan.

You may not:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, or redistribute the software
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Share your licence key with third parties

2. Subscription & Payment

All plans are billed annually. Payment is due at the start of each licence period. We accept major credit/debit cards and UPI (India).

Your licence will remain active for 12 months from the date of payment. You will receive a renewal reminder 30 days before expiry. If you do not renew, the software will continue to function but will no longer receive updates or support.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes where stated.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must purchase a licence to continue using the software.

Trial accounts have full access to all features of the selected plan.

4. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• 14-day free trial is provided so you can evaluate before purchasing
• Annual licences are non-refundable once setup assistance has been provided and the software has been installed and configured
• Refunds may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances — contact us within 7 days of purchase

5. Your Data & Privacy

Sochkey Software products are installed on your own server infrastructure. This means:

• All your business data (warehouse recordings, tasks, SKUs) resides on your servers
• We do not have access to your operational data
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• You are responsible for securing your server environment

We collect only the data necessary to provide our service (contact info, licence keys). See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Support & Updates

Active licence holders are entitled to:

• Email and phone support during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm IST)
• Software updates and bug fixes for the duration of the licence
• Free setup assistance (one-time, at the start of the licence)

Support does not cover issues caused by third-party plugins, server misconfigurations, or modifications made to the software code by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sochkey Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active licence holders of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the software after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
