All prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). Sochkey Software is not responsible for currency conversion rates or international transaction charges levied by banks or payment processors.
The advertised "First 50 Users — 1 Year Free Subscription" offer is subject to all conditions stated in this section. Claiming this offer constitutes acceptance of all conditions below.
The free subscription offer is available to a maximum of 5 (five) users and 5 (five) systems/PCs/devices per business entity, organisation, or individual. Multiple registrations from the same business, owner, or IP address will be considered as one entry and may be rejected at Sochkey Software's discretion.
The free offer is limited to the number of spots advertised (currently stated as 50). However, Sochkey Software reserves the right to increase, decrease, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. The number of spots displayed on the website is an estimate and does not constitute a binding commitment. Sochkey Software will not be liable if the offer is withdrawn before a user submits their request.

The base annual licence price per software product (currently stated as ₹25,000/year) covers usage up to the limit stated in the purchased plan. Usage beyond the plan limits — including additional users or additional systems — will be charged separately.
Where a customer's usage exceeds the number of users or systems included in their purchased plan, additional charges will apply per extra user and per extra system. The rate for additional users and systems is determined solely by Sochkey Software and may vary based on:
Sochkey Software will communicate the applicable additional charges to the customer before activation of additional users/systems. The customer's continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the additional charges.
The final and binding pricing authority for all Sochkey Software products, plans, bundles, offers, additional user/system charges, renewal rates, and any other commercial terms rests solely and exclusively with the management/proprietors of Sochkey Software. No employee, agent, partner, or representative of Sochkey Software has the authority to offer prices or terms that differ from the officially communicated rates unless confirmed in writing by Sochkey Software management.
Prices applicable at the time of purchase will remain valid for the duration of that subscription period. However, upon renewal, the then-prevailing prices will apply. Sochkey Software is not obligated to renew any subscription at the previously paid price.
Bundle pricing (e.g., Complete Suite at ₹50,000/year) and any discounts are promotional and subject to change at any time without notice. A discount advertised on the website does not constitute a right to that discount in future purchases or renewals. Bundle pricing is valid only for the specific combination of products stated and cannot be partially applied.

These Pricing Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with pricing, offers, or commercial terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar, India.
